AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Restore Hyper Wellness (Restore), a leading provider of proactive wellness services, announced the addition of Dr. Scott Sherr to the company’s Medical Advisory Board, which was announced earlier this year.
As a Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician Certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and Health Optimization Medicine (HOMe), Dr. Sherr brings extensive knowledge and cutting-edge practices around one of Restore’s most popular services.
“Restore’s mission is to make Hyper Wellness accessible and affordable for everyone, so customers can do more of what they love. Offering mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy in our studios plays a key role in achieving that mission, as countless customers utilize mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, coupled with other modalities to help them achieve their wellness goals” said Jim Donnelly, CEO and Co-Founder.
Steve Welch, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman added, “Having Dr. Sherr join our Medical Advisory Board reinforces our commitment to providing proactive, data-driven health and wellness modalities to our members.”
Dr. Sherr is the founder of Integrative HBOT, a worldwide telemedicine practice where he consults and educates patients and clinics using a proprietary approach to hyperbaric therapy. This includes dynamic HBOT protocols, comprehensive laboratory testing using HOMe framework targeted supplementation, personal practices and synergistic technologies. He is also the co-founder of OneBase Health, a company helping high-performing individuals recover faster with its smart in-home recovery tools, including HBOT.
“Dr. Sherr is the newest addition to Restore’s seasoned Medical Advisory Board, and provides a comprehensive perspective on hyperbaric therapies based on his clinical experience,” said Richard Joseph, MD, Restore’s Chief Medical Officer. “Through his direct work with patients experiencing a range of health and wellness issues, we can better equip our Restore studios with the latest research findings and practices to help our members feel their best.”
Dr. Sherr is also the Chief Operating Officer of the nonprofit Health Optimization Medicine (HOMe) USA and COO of Smarter Not Harder, the umbrella company of Troscriptions, makers of precision dosed and pharmaceutical grade buccal troches for brain health, anxiousness, and focus.
